Well we did\u2026 so in the\u00a0 \u00a0Summer of 2003 we decided to go to the opposite side\u00a0 \u00a0of the planet to see all this beauty with our eyes. No\u00a0 \u00a0organized tours, as usual, they only serve to be packed\u00a0 \u00a0with people you don\u2019t choose as your travel\u00a0 \u00a0companions,\u00a0 have schedules (come on, i\u2019ve had\u00a0 \u00a0enough\u00a0 at work!) and sometimes even pay more forless.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Anyway, we jumped on a 24 hours flight from Turin to Paris, Los Angeles and finally Nadi, the Fiji Capital. In the meantime we lost a day in the clouds (having departed august the 23 and arrived the 25, i happen to have lost my birthday in the middle of the Pacific, that\u2019s because the International Date Line passes right through Fiji).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We can resume all of our Fiji experiences in one sentence that an old man from Aussieland who had lived in Fiji for 30 years has told me while we were cruising from one island to another.
