We must stay there at least one night to catch a boat to Capurgan\u00e0 the next morning, which is the first stage of the 5 days tour which will bring us from Colombia to panama by sea.<\/p>\n<p>As always it&#8217;s a long, long way to go (what seems a short ride always turn into a 4 or 5 hours minimum here!)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We get to Necocl\u00ec to stay the night. This little town is nothing fancy but nice and relaxed, alive <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-19245 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-corner-in-capurgana-colombia-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-corner-in-capurgana-colombia-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-corner-in-capurgana-colombia-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-corner-in-capurgana-colombia-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-corner-in-capurgana-colombia-1080x810.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>and true (there are almost no tourist here).<\/p>\n<p>We spend the afternoon wandering trougu its streets, some cervezas Imperial on the beach, a nice dinner and a long night sleep prepare us for the next day!<\/p>\n<p>We take our backpacks the next morning heading to the harbour from where the boat to Capurgana set sail. Capurgan\u00e0 is the last town before the border, so the police and their drug dogs check every backpack, every bag. Unfortunately my packpack attracts the attention of a dog (probably he smells all the other dogs on it &#8211; who knows?) hihi \ud83d\ude42 Anyway they finally let us go and so we board.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-19248 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-islands-in-san-blas-panama-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-islands-in-san-blas-panama-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-islands-in-san-blas-panama-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-islands-in-san-blas-panama-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.aguaplano.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/beautiful-islands-in-san-blas-panama-1080x810.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After a two hours crossing (the sea is calm, at least &#8211; whew) we get to Capurgana, a nice small village alive with tourists and fishermen. We will meet our San Blas Adventure group to continue our trip to the island, and finally to Panama
